This is my second time to Bali and selecting Nice Tour Bali for out trip. One of the preferred tour agency in Bali. Our tour guide, Mr Budi, was very accommodating throughout the trip but this time around, he was not on time, late for pick ups especially an hour late for Mt Batur pick up. He was supposed to pick us at 3am but he came at 4am instead. There were some other occasions but it was minimal (20-30mins) late.
Dwi on the other hand, very efficient and prompt in replying the requests made before the trip via emails. He was also very accommodating with the requests. As for the hotel (Harper Kuta) in Kuta for two night booked via Nice Tour. We were disappointed with the room actually. We checked into a room in the 5th floor with a leaking air cond but we switched to a room in G floor the next day due to noisy neighbours. The amenities 2nd room we were in were not complete, i.e. no face towels prepared, the room aircond and hair dryer were faulty.We asked for a replacement hair dryer but it was still the same. The breakfast line was limited and slow replenishments and especially the egg station, there was only one chef at the station with a very long queue.
Not forgetting, thanks for the arrangement with the photographer and special rate given for the package, we will consider and if everything is in order, we will be heading there again 🙂
Overall we are very satisfied with Nice Tour Bali. Highly recommend to those who plan to visit Bali!
